About Me

Anandana embodies the spirit of the 21st century — a woman of the modern, equal world: multi-faceted, talented, strong, decisive, independent, caring, and confident.

She is a true example of how conviction and hard work can help you break the norm and achieve success in diverse areas. Being a practicing Chartered Accountant and a mother of two young boys never prevented her from pursuing her passions.

She has been swimming since the age of 5 and has done sea swimming in India. Beyond being a great mother, cook and homemaker, she pursued excellence in sports — becoming a kickboxing champion (2017), cross-country rally participant (2018), marathon runner (2019) and Hatha Yoga practitioner (2019).

Despite a major back injury in 2017, she continued her fitness journey and embodies the idea of 'fortune favouring the brave.' An inspirational, energetic woman who does not fear the unknown!

Yoga and Fitness

Anandana is a Yogi with over 400 hours of training and a Shambhavi Mahamudra practitioner certified by the Isha Foundation. A devoted student of Yoga herself, she teaches all age groups across London with a special focus on children — including specially-abled kids and teenagers.

She believes Yoga has the power to shape the future and build character in children. Anandana works tirelessly to spread this ancient science along with Ayurvedic nutrition in London — teaching children, supporting women through menopause, and helping people facing health and well-being challenges. All this while being a responsible accountancy professional @Ramsay Brown Accountants and supporting charity boards with her finance expertise.
