Yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy for relaxation, breathing, and gentle movement. Please let your instructor know you are pregnant before class so we can offer safe modifications. We always recommend checking with your doctor or midwife first.
Yes, we offer dedicated yoga sessions for teenagers. These classes help young people improve focus, manage stress, build confidence, and develop healthy movement habits in a friendly, age-appropriate setting.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a water bottle. A yoga mat is recommended, but if you don't have one, let us know in advance. Practise on an empty or light stomach and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
