Continue your wellbeing journey with Anandana Nadhavajhala, a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner certified by the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK. This follow-up appointment is for existing clients who have completed an initial consultation and want to review their progress.

Anandana will consider what has changed in your digestion, sleep, energy, lifestyle and general wellbeing, answer your questions and refine your personalised recommendations where appropriate. Follow-up appointments are available in Barnet for clients across Finchley, Whetstone, Totteridge, East Barnet and North London.

Your follow-up reviews the progress you have made since your initial consultation, discusses any changes in your symptoms, digestion, sleep or energy, and refines your personalised diet, lifestyle and daily-routine recommendations.

The Ayurvedic follow-up lasts 30 minutes and costs £37.00.

This session is designed for existing clients who have already completed an initial Ayurvedic consultation with Anandana and would like to review their progress or adjust their wellbeing plan.

Please note any changes you have experienced and bring questions about your current recommendations. It is helpful to consider your recent sleep, digestion, energy, diet and daily routine before the session.
