About my journey
I am an accountant with over a decade of professional experience. However, my true happiness stems from my passion for fitness, sports, and yoga, which began with early morning swimming lessons at the age of five.
From competing in national and sea swimming events to exploring marathon running and cycling, my journey has been one of growth and discovery.
Being a practising Chartered Accountant and a mother of two, I continued to pursue excellence in kickboxing, marathon running, and Hatha Yoga — a true example of how conviction and hard work can help you succeed in diverse areas.
Today, I share my passion for yoga and wellness with students of all ages in Barnet and North London, helping others discover balance, strength, and inner peace through mindful practice.
