What is the main purpose of yoga?
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
Can a pregnant lady do yoga?
Yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, but make sure to let your instructor know you are pregnant.
